Mark Roscoe

Mark Roscoe has been actively involved in the fashion industry for the past 30 years. Recognizing a market for distinctive, one-of-a-kind pieces for women that evoke a feeling of timeless elegance, grace, and style, he created the Make a Statement Collection.

Mark’s artful selection of fabric and design complements both the unique personality of his clients and the spirit of the event for which the garment is being created. He personally selects only the finest fabrics from a global marketplace, preferring silks laced with unusual textures, colors, and patterns that are masterfully woven with layers of rich threads for a unique multi-dimensional look.

The Mark Roscoe Make A Statement Collection has appeared at some of the most prestigious events, including the Emmy Awards where Mark dressed Emmy Award winner, Keegan Michael Key, and on the Red Carpets at the Cannes Film Festival, the Academy Awards and the Tony Awards. Mark recently provided the costume design for the feature film, “Dreams I Never Had” staring Robin Givens and Malcolm McDowell.

Additionally, Mark won three Emmy Awards for his brand commercial, Make a Statement. Mark has also co-designed a bespoke menswear collection with his business partner, Dr. Eli Soto, under the brand name of ELI∙ROSCOE.

The ELI∙ROSCOE Collection features timeless lines inspired by the classic styles of the early 20th century when men dressed with a high level of sophistication. Their bespoke collection includes a line of suits, jackets, trousers, and tuxedos, together with neckwear, pocket squares, jewelry, shoes and leather accessories. ELI∙ROSCOE designs for the man with a strong sense of style and the confidence to express it.
